Our ideal client is a successful Single-Member LLC or Sole Proprietor (typically service-based) who is excellent at their craft but overwhelmed by financial administration. Your business requires spending 10-15 hours a month managing a messy "shoebox of receipts" and spreadsheets, resulting in mixed business/personal finances and a lack of real-time Profit & Loss clarity. You need to replace the stress of tax-time panic and financial uncertainty with accurate, tax-ready books so you can focus entirely on growing your business.
INTERMEDIATE - Starting at $1100 per month.
For Intermediate, more intricate business structures. This business is a growing S-Corp or Multi-Member LLC with high transaction volume and complex processes, often involving in-house payroll and administrative staff. The business struggles with strategic clarity due to inconsistent month-end closing, delayed financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet), and potential errors in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
